Sierra Ora Pool Solutions was created for a common gap in pool projects: a contractor or designer may have a clear concept, but the property owner still needs coordinated permit documents, responsible engineering, and someone to carry the technical package through plan-check comments.
Engineering grounded in construction
The service is led by Nolan Ferguson, PE, a California- and Colorado-licensed civil engineer with experience in public works, water systems, site construction, field investigation, contract administration, and permit-focused design. That background supports plans that consider both the reviewer’s questions and the information a contractor needs in the field.
What we do
We develop and coordinate permit packages for new residential pools, spas, and structural pool remodels. Services can include site-plan preparation from accepted base information, pool drawings, structural engineering, coordination of scoped system sheets, permit-document assembly, and plan-check responses.
We also work with pool contractors and designers who already have a concept and need a reliable path from that layout to an engineered submittal package.
How professional scope is handled
Professional services are offered only where the responsible professional is appropriately licensed for the project state and discipline. The proposal identifies the responsible scope and any work that must be provided by a surveyor, geotechnical professional, architect, specialty engineer, contractor, or manufacturer.
This structure lets the customer use one coordination point without blurring professional responsibility or implying that every project needs the same disciplines.
